Rather than constructive feedback supported by objective metrics and open discussion, I felt there were instances where narratives surrounding performance were inaccurate or misrepresented. This created concerns regarding transparency, accountability, and the overall feedback process. The company has also faced regulatory challenges in the past, which may be worth researching independently as part of your due diligence process.
