The CEO cares about employees' well being and always tries to make larger, strategic decisions with them in mind. Generally, there's a good work/life balance here, and even as we grow, the company continues to feel like family.

As a high growth-oriented company, employees have to be willing to embrace change and adjust to shifts in direction quickly. Integra is not for the meek or those who want to simply punch a time clock and head home.
