Very little communication with mid/ upper level Management. Promises made and not kept... Pay raises less than cost of living... and finally, luncheons / food is not enough of an incentive to entice employees to continue working at IDT. At this time my advice is to look elsewhere for employment. With the amount of employment available in the financial sector, there is no reason to accept employment in a toxic environment.
