Good - Recensione dipendente - Technician II presso Integrated DNA Technologies

Somewhat dangerous environment being chemical plant. Was required to be on Hazardous spill clean up but oddly enough without hazard pay. Ehs Department is below mediocre quality. Hr department, after DANAHER acquisition, is evendentally powerless and it shows when trying to get hr related answers. Management can tend to be "suspicious" of the good ones with the thought that the "good ones" don't exist. The job title advancement and incentive structure is illogical and presented as an option but treated like it doesnt exist and unrealistic and un achievable anyway.
