Good First job - Recensione dipendente - Production Technician III presso Integrated DNA Technologies

I was in MFG and they don't teach you about the science of the production line. They focus on just the task you need to do. A lot of them are automated and then you mix/test chemistry in the back room. I felt like I didn't have many hard skills after this job. Seeing the whole production line is a double-sword. It can thin you out or make learning the whole line overwhelming. Tell your trainer what speed you work best at and update them if you need to adjust it.
