      Incredible R&D team, excellent market position

      Production and customer facing teams are in chaos. Lots of burned out people so they need to hire more. However new management says things will change soon! Also, many teams are siloed and non-collaborative. Management historically does not communicate well.

      Site managment is horrible. Inexperienced, lacking empathy and direction, no accountability, can't keep teams. High turnover. Low pay. No growth.
