      Great atmosphere, coworkers are easy to get along with and make working enjoyable, you are constantly learning something new

      IDT underpays employees and justifies it by explaining IDT is a P4P (paid for performance) company, can be high stress at times, there isn’t any talk or information on promotions or career advancement so you never know where you are at

      Site managment is horrible. Inexperienced, lacking empathy and direction, no accountability, can't keep teams. High turnover. Low pay. No growth.
