It was a good company until Danaher bought them out. The company once cared about their employees but since the buy out, it has turned into a company of creating robots. Executives focus on the numbers but don't take the time to care about the story behind the numbers. It's a delicate balance and they fail everytime. They absolutely do not care about their employees. They are a company that is about the bottom line, 100% of the time.
