Not sure how the company stay profit. Deal $ < hours of labour. A period of the time, I worked >12 a day. They don’t know how to push back the client and l had to be the one to manage the client all the time as a mid-level to junior person. No concrete service scoop to the client, they just ask you to do whatever the client ask you to, because they don’t care, you are the one who work.

- You can feel "left-behind" here at times, so it's crucial to stay organized to keep up with the pace, especially early on. - Work-life balance (self-induced): it's easy to become attached to your work and your accounts, and it trickle over into your personal life after hours, or on weekends. - Difficult quota to hit, but that's for a reason. if this were easy I suppose they would let anyone in.
