It’s a shame that the cons outweigh the good in the last week I worked with IPT. I was given a promotion, and wasn’t given a raise or aware that I received a promotion Management and team was passive aggressive Once I put my two weeks into the company, my department no longer spoke to me, and pretended that I was not there People on my team claimed they wanted to be on good terms before I left but I was yelled at multiple times before leaving. The job is really stressful and overwhelming all the time Management does not care for privacy, certain things were shared with different teams in the company, and should’ve remained with either the managers and directors or HR. There were somethings that should’ve remained private information.
