From Global Service Suppliers, though Global Corporations, in a variety of Countries taking on work for different regions. It may sound manic, but each challenge re-enforces the relationships created across the company to provide solutions to satisfy customer expectations. And that is where the tract has taken me. We don't just sell products, we supply solutions to problems. The new normal has generated a lot of new problems for businesses which means more creative opportunities and its exciting to see IR tackling them.

The new Working From Home regime makes it harder to maintain internal contact and just as hard to appreciate what ails others. The loss of "office chat" and "visibility of activity" can make it awkward to maintain traction and easier to overwork the day. But this is a problem for all Businesses in this position at present.
