Svantaggi
This place is perpetually disorganized. There are a lot of people who run their own agenda but have no idea how to provide healthcare as a team. The place is cut throat. Here is a tip. When you are working for someone that claims the help vulnerable people, always avoid a places where the staff are horrible to each other. If they can’t control their on arrogant ego, they probably aren't very good at taking care of clients as well. Also, I cant put my finger on what was going on, but something is. Everyone in middle management has a personality where they are eager to please and don't question the ethics of the people in leadership. They are usually not super smart either. It seems like the people they keep closest are the ones least capable of seeing sketchy things in the system. I quit on my own because I immediately started looking for a new job after less than a month, but I watched many of my coworkers get terrorized into leaving if they question or get too close to whatever mess leadership has gotten mixed up with. It is such a small business but it seems like so many people I have met in Nashville have worked there. That is because the turnover so fast. Seriously, just don't work here. In recovery, there are people drawn to help because it is a calling. There are others that are there because they learned that providing residential treatment is lucrative. They cut corners to make more money and don't put thought into things like quality of care and safety. That is exactly what this business is.
