Integris has created a company culture like no other. The patient care values and team core values create a working environment that is both supportive and educational. Integris values its teams and the leadership is truly there to support the teams. Transparency and communication are top notch, especially from leadership. While every career environment has it's challenges, Integris gathers people who are dedicated to the same core values. Tired of a toxic work place? Integris uses a lot of energy and resources to manage and maintain the teams' moral. Issues are dealt with openly and there is little to no workplace "drama". This allows people to focus on their career and their craft. Integris grows from within and the potential is limitless.
