- Zero respect for employees - Fired half of the company based in Ukraine after Russia invaded Ukraine… pretty sad they built an entire company on Ukrainian talent then turn around and fire them - Fired about 15% of the company in March 2023 out of political preference and personal favortism - Hired a bunch of new grads and low-quality talent after firing people who they deemed “were making too much” - No career mobility for some… very very nepotistic. They either like you personally and you advance or you don’t have any future - Horrible benefits - No work/life separation. They expect you be on call even when on PTO - Very catty and unprofessional people overall. Lots of drama, incestuous and high school work experience - Management is completely unresponsive to employee complaints and requests
