To get great experience in what not to do. Intel will help prepare you for your next job. Intel is a great training ground. Its like working for Sean Combs, if you are able to survive you can do anything. Its a great place to intern at as well. THey actually has a great marketing program.

Management does not listen to anyone. They treating women like crap for the most part especially in ADT. Intel's rating and ranking sucking. It does not encourge teamwork it only encourages back stabbing. I have person seen fellow co-workers health weaken over the course of a year. I have even seen managers work together to sabotage another teams work.
