It is the most successful semi-conductor manufacturing company and enjoys much hogher margin than others. It encourages to tak risks and do not blame on failures. It invest a lot on software, technology and platforms. so there are planty of fields to choose from if you are bored in one area. It does not lay off so much although recently it has been doing that. But it is still much better than others. many people left happy with a big seperation package.

Svantaggi

Not enough care about people and sometimes stupidly process oriented. It is the best at process technololy, and is just so so at other areas, including CPU design. However, most people in Intel do not realize that and are so arroggant.
