It's always difficult but rewarding technical problem solving. It's a fantastic environment for techincal challenges. There is a lot of teamwork and information sharing. You always learn something new and interesting. Intel is a huge company and you have great opportunity to try new roles in different areas. It's hard to get bored with your job.

You work a lot of hours. There is continual pressure to produce more results, take on increased level of responsibility. As a technical female, I find the coporate culture to be very male oriented. That being said, I am never disrespected for my gender.
