workplace - 150 people are sitting in the space thats allocated for 90 people work culture - very sad and dull work environment, you just come to the office and stays there until the work is finished and you have to complete it anyhow before you leave for the day career growth - there are only 3 people who are managing all employees across all technologies and they dont allow anyone to grow in there carrier. you just have to follow what they say otherwise you will be fired politics - too much politics goes on in the company. you cannot survive until you listen to "higher" people even if you are better than them
