We are sorry to hear that your experience at Intelegencia did not end well, despite a long tenure of 3 years with us. The beginning of the covid pandemic posed a challenge for a lot of companies, not just Intelegencia and a lot of companies were forced to take harsh decision of down-sizing and layoffs. Despite that, we managed to retain more than 90% of our workforce, no salaries were with-held, and even annual appraisal have been done suitably. And given our business acquisition and management efforts, especially during the pandemic, we have managed to grow the team exponentially, not just in Manila, but in India too.
