The environment is the best. The people are friendly and you can always count on being helped when needed. The management works closely with the workers and they are very accessible. The company is very flexible in every way.

The company is growing at a fast pace and it is showing. The teams are beginning to get to distant to have visibility about what each other are doing and it is causing some disagreements. However, the management is well aware of it and trying to act on it. It is still to be seen if their actions will be effective or not. Also, the company does not have well-stablished roles and positions and this can also cause some problems. But again, the management is aware and seems to be working on it.

After some structure changes it became a lot of discussions, politcs, scope change and teams talking bad about anothers without necessity and sometimes a lot of attribution for same role. The company had a culture that was a good place to work, but seems like it has changed.
