There are continual changes in leadership that make it difficult to execute a consistent strategy.

When I worked at Intelitek I loved it. It definitely had something to do with the people. They had free life insurance. Felt like a family. Used to have an off site party every spring. Economic downturn hit them well after everyone else and I hear they bounced back even better and just bought a building of their own.

Pay was standard. Benefits were minimal.
