Where other companies are completely different. Get with the times. - Bonus’es are given, but the amount depends on how much you are liked. One person may get 4k and one person may get $50, regardless of how much work you’ve put in. - Most all local IT companies during their interview when you mention that you worked at Intellectechs the first thing they say is “Oh man, Im sorry”. - PTO is terrible. - If bipolar was a company, this is the HQ.
