I have been an employee of Intelligarde for nearly five years. During this time I have been to the company's original headquarter near Cherry beach and also the new location. The people I have met there are nice and courteous. I have been treated well, been to many different locations which provided me with great life experiences and also skills that are transferable to other jobs in other fields. The company has gone through some changes during this time, and changes for better in terms of management, communication with employees, quality of vehicle fleet, etc. The company COO is a great person and I have met many hard working people in different ranks. There are opportunities to move up to other ranks for those who want to be in this field for a long time. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends who wish to pursue a future in law enforcement.

The wages are a bit low but then it is similar to what many other security guard companies are providing. Could be a little higher for employees that have been with the company for many years.

I have been with Intelligarde for 6 years now. Through the years I have progressed through the ranks and have received numerous promotions including Employee of the Month. Intelligarde is a grounded employer who takes cares of it's employees. During my time with Intelligarde, I have fallen into some tough times. Management was there to offer help and support. I have witnessed first hand Intelligarde taking care of fallen members, and offered love and support to the families. Intelligarde is a two-way street employer. You take care of their needs and clients needs, they will take care of you. Prior to joining Intelligarde, I ran my own security company. I have a very high set of standards in terms of work ethic and employer responsibilities. Needless to say, I am very happy that I joined Intelligarde and look forward to serving many more years with them.
