Great company to boost your career start - Recensione dipendente - Software Developer presso Intelligence Act

I've been working here for over a year. I have previously worked in 3 companies but none of them offered me the experience I have here (people, environment, activities). Here I am surrounded by great people and I can rely on them for help anytime I find myself in a difficult situation. Everyone can pitch in their ideas regarding work or the office itself There is a great working environment, aka cool & cozy office where I enjoy a fresh breakfast offered by the company with croissants, fruits and sweets. We have great team activities in & outside the office. Essentially, because we spend at least 9 hours a day outside of our homes, I can honestly say I spend most of my day in an amazing place with great & fun people.

You have little to no career path. The client is unsure of your availability, and your employer sees you as a resource meant to generate company revenue. This is what you are evaluated on instead of your actual work or skills. Your growth is capped by both client's resources and your employer's cut. You should be able to obtain a better deal on your own. Management is not honest in negotiations. It demands loyalty from your side, but once you leave, it won't deliver on its past promises.
