I report directly to the CEO in a administrative role and I'm pretty much empowered to make decisions that make sense for the company. I'm allowed to work from home as needed as long as I get the work done. Pretty amazing I get to learn directly from the CEO and speak to him regularly because I feel like I'm learning so much in this industry. I help with customer service also and hear the amazing comments from who we install for - great to know we are helping the community go green!

I help with the management of installers which is hard at times - there is a lot of complaining, excuses and just overall immaturity from grown men! There is also some driving that I have to do as part of my role, so that can get tedious at times but I'm compensated for it. Don't work for this company if you can't manage your own time and be resourceful.
