What is this "work from home" thing? By saying that, they are trying to imply how cool, how flexible they are. If you have an excuse like "sick kid", then you can work from home. Otherwise, those fake people on the management level will send you emails. Interesting projects? Yes, they talk about how big their clients/projects are in the interviews. They have a written script to attract more people. And guess what? It's fake again. Everyone knows how poor their projects are!
