The brutal reality of CROs like Intellisyn is that they enable chemists to be employed to do the chemistry work of larger pharmaceutical companies, but with lower pay and benefits that they would otherwise make if they worked for the larger pharmaceutical companies directly.

I have good co-workers and a hands off boss with once a week reporting. Fast paced workplace, a split of MedChem and synthesis projects.
