This company provides the genomic tool for clinical service. Here is good for B.S. and M.S. new grads to enter the industrial world. You will be exposed to a broad range of medical knowledge (at the surface level). The team is small but friendly.

1. The management is horrible and not structured. 2. Woeking environment needs improved: space is small and the tech equipments are old. 3. Here is not good for PhD/MD/PharmD to join because most of your skills and research knowledge will not be in use. You will spend 70% time making slides (tutorial materials) and 20% time expanding the database. However, this situation might be improved when the company grows. 4. Big titles (e.g. XXX lead) even though the team is small in each department (1-2 people) 5. Science. During the interview, ask them rigid science questions and see if they can give you good answers. 6. Not a great stepping stone toward medical science liaison. It is very different from the MSL within the pharmaceutical industry.
