The company line will be that they take Feedback and Retrospectives seriously but no actions will be taken on them and chances are that you would be targeted if you speak your mind. 3. Most incompetent HR department. 4. The management will be quick to turn around and blame you the moment something goes wrong. Even if it is a direct consequence of their indecision and constant last minute changes. 5. The management will commit a date to the stakeholder without ever discussing with the engineering team and then the team will be forced to meet the deadline by hook or by crook, and if the team fails to do so all the blame will be put on the team. 6. The company talks big about diversity and culture but when push comes to shove they always fall short of their words
