      1) You get the chance to try different things and not just be assigned to one role; this makes my job even more interesting and enables me to discover hidden potentials. 2) The students are remarkably well-mannered! I have taught it other places before and never have I ever met a more disciplined and polite group of students. It is such a pleasure to be able to teach them. 3) You will get the chance to be trained by the top management. Both bosses will willingly coach you and mold you into becoming a better employee and person.

      I wouldn't really call it cons but rather 'challenges to overcome'. You need to be able to multitask because you will be given different assignments at one time. If you are an introvert, you need to learn how to be outgoing, proactive and show initiative.

      Run for your life please. I'll be honest, I've never worked here. But I heard horrible things about it from people who have studied here. They blocked their Google Reviews - Inter Excel Georgetown - so here I am.

      The team was small, the overall management is quite terrible. Lack of demonstrated respect towards team members, especially interns. Tasks assigned were frequently ambiguous and lacked sufficient guidance, making it difficult to meet the expectations. When work wasn't executed precisely to their unspoken requirements, there was a possibility for individuals to be demeaned or dismissed as being unintelligent, which is very discouraging and unproductive learning environment. There are still many more things I don't want to mention this time. I'll share more over the next 12 months. See you then.
