The team was small, the overall management is quite terrible. Lack of demonstrated respect towards team members, especially interns. Tasks assigned were frequently ambiguous and lacked sufficient guidance, making it difficult to meet the expectations. When work wasn't executed precisely to their unspoken requirements, there was a possibility for individuals to be demeaned or dismissed as being unintelligent, which is very discouraging and unproductive learning environment. There are still many more things I don't want to mention this time. I'll share more over the next 12 months. See you then.
