Comfortable, great team, good management

I don’t have any cons.

InterActive Legal undisputedly attracts the "brain trust" of the estate planning, elder law & special needs planning elite. The company's subscribers are the industry's leading thinkers & influencers. Department Heads all possess an "employee ownership" mentality, which can't be bought, and this gets distilled into all employees. This creates a sensation of being on a "Special Team," where everyone shows up in the face of adversity simply not to let their fellow teammates down. Couldn't ask for a better climate to work in.

Principals are absentee, but available for decisions & discussion. This sometimes slows down progress, but recent promotions have empowered decision making at lower levels. The company is on the threshold of breaking new ground with respect to its tech framework, clients, and management structure. The next year may just find InterActive Legal in a dominant role within the estate planning industry.
