      -Great Work Environment -Being associated with this company adds a tremendous amount of credibility because of the high end work that is done in house -So great to see 3D printers at work on a daily basis -Amazing Engineers that are SolidWorks Certified and know what they are doing. Its not easy to get hired on as an Engineer because of the qualifications required -Loving bringing in new job opportunities

      It's true that we do not yet provide medical insurance. We do provide a flexible work schedule, 2 weeks vacation to start, ten holidays, two of which are floating, three sick days each year, paid bereavement leave, paid time off to vote, military leave with reinstatement, a Section 125 plan (medical insurance and dependent care expenses as pre-tax deductions, profit sharing, cash bonuses, referral bonuses and an employee assistance program.
