On reading this it is easy to become defensive on behalf of the company, however rather than answer in a cookie cutter approach I wanted to respond personally. I am saddened that you feel the way you do about InterQuest, however I value you sharing your thoughts, and the frustration you feel. The Group has taken action that will bring the company far closer together and standardise management across our offices. As I am sure you are aware we have implemented a number of initiatives across the management team to drive consistency and offer a transparent development path for all the Group. The Group’s commitment to diversity is unwavering and the leadership team are committed to creating an empowering environment that supports diversity and inclusion.
