4yI am disappointed that you have left the business and feel so strongly to write this review. We are committed to offering a safe, encouraging, diverse and successful environment for all of our colleagues to work in. I feel I must comment on one aspect of this review. Since 2016 InterQuest has been running annual and then quarterly anonymous Pulse surveys and we regularly ask staff for feedback on the leadership provided by our senior management team, including me.
You clearly have strong feelings, and I don't know what has caused them, but your views are certainly not reflected in the feedback we receive. For example, when we last asked in Q3 of 2021, only 4.3% of staff responded negatively to the question “I trust the senior leadership team to lead InterQuest to future success”. In Q1 this year we asked whether through their actions the senior leadership team demonstrated that the Company’s values (Strength, Pace, Innovation, Respect, Integrity, and Teamwork) were important to them. 95% of staff agreed that they did.
Of course, we get comments about things that can be improved, and we act on them (that’s why we run our Pulse surveys), but we have never seen such harsh criticism of our senior team. I cannot comment further, but I wish you success in your future career.
