Most clients are lovely to work with and build relationships with. Some coordinators very nice and helpful. Good to be out of an office, driving and helping clients.

Most coordinators not great. Team Leaders, payroll, and managers left a lot to be desired in honesty, willingness to correct pay problems, accountability. I was underpaid most pay runs. Spent so much personal time trying to get paid correctly. Before I started, I was told by someone in the company that the NDIS side was very disorganised. So true.

Work is rewarding, people are good to work with, very welcoming.

Lack of employee retention with below average pay and no employee benefits, other than occasional $50 voucher
