They have great employees, and all of them are super nice.

There are no cons to Interchem!

Friendly, family atmosphere. Management is very supportive of employees, particularly if family health issues come up. Low turnover...employees stay for many years. A fun, pleasant place to work overall.

Employees wonder what will happen to the company once the owners/founders retire.
