The management does not help in your growth with the company, They are disconnected with what actually you do, Training for growth is not available They are more concerned about their internal processes, and not willing to take in account how your idea can benefit, At least i the department I worked for, There are other departments that i see a very different approach towards career growth, That is why some teams have a very high turnover rate . There has to be a open dialog , it was not taken positive. If you know more than your manager you becomes a threat. They canceled my vested stocks and no reply, It was vented in January and I left in August of that year, I found it they cancelled the vested stocks of that year , Very bad approach. The HR was not helpful to answer
