The hours are flexible and the staff is friendly.

The upper management is extremely sleazy. They talk behind the backs of their employees. They don't listen to what members of their team have to say. In their opinion, everyone is incompetent except for themselves (this includes the clients). In terms of the client, the leadership will do whatever the client says to get more business. They will take the decision makers opinion and utilize it as the resolution to the problem without doing any type of analysis or by merely scratching the surface. The fundamental approach to problem solving is incorrect. The way that they use the tools within the company is incorrect. "We have our way of doing things." Usually when someone says that, you should probably be concerned. To any newcomers, do not follow their methodology. It will set you backwards in terms of learning. You will need to forget everything you "learned" there and actually learn how things are done in an organization that cares about doing the right thing and getting the job done correctly.

You will learn so much by working with Interliance. If you're open and willing to learn, you'll do well. Interliance is fast paced which I prefer. I walked into Interliance thinking I was going to show them how things were done when in reality, I was taught more than I ever expected. I've learned to critically think through situations, problem solve, multi-task between multiple projects and multiple people, format documents and presentations on a whole new level, and learned to be pro-active and anticipate the next steps so I can better assist my team.

Svantaggi

If you can't see where you can improve or do better, you won't do well. You have to be able to think quickly and adapt quickly as projects and clients require lots of organization and experience to manage.

The location and building is nice. Annual bonuses.

Svantaggi

High staff turnover. Management are unprofessional and lack tact when dealing with employees. One in particular thinks nothing of cursing and yelling at employees (it's embarrassing to watch). Employee morale is low. It is a frustrating place to work because of the vague directions from management. Be ready to pay lots for benefits and don't expect annual raises.
