The struggle is real. There is a lot of chaos and learning through trial and error. Schedules are often interrupted by the nature of consulting multiple projects and not able to be adjusted. A lot of initiative is required to do well and it often feels like jumping off a cliff because the territory is extremely niche and unfamiliar. This is hard; however, it is also an opportunity to be awesome and there is access to great expert guidance.
