No parking, low wages, owners son is hugely unserious and is all talk — no follow through. Lots of team meetings are a waste of time, with some girls openly cracking coolers mid meeting to get ahead on pre-drinking for going to bars after.

There are no pros, do better interlude.

This job will destroy you. Working for the Kraushars is an absolute nightmare. There has been many instances with both Brent and Kai kraushar that are extremely inappropriate. From touching to remarks made. You are just a number in the company and all they care about is getting richer! You will be extremely underpaid 75 cents over min wage. You will be treated like an outsider as they only keep employees who have been there for 5 plus years. If you feel uncomfortable doing certain services you will be told to suck it up. Management is catty and cliquee. When you first start you will be love bombed but once you wait a little longer it will seem like you can do nothing right!! You are also expected to show up early for your shift however they will not pay you for this. Training is not paid for. Hardly any commission. This is not a stable job! Pls pls beware your mental health will be affected negatively by this environment.
