We do offer flexible work hours and in the case of requiring additional hours, compensation is provided in accordance with the law and agreed upon with the individual. Micromanagement only occurs when an employee is not meeting the performance expectations of their role. If someone is underperforming, we do follow-up as necessary. Additionally, our People team is always available to support and listen to any concerns or issues our employees may have.
