Expected to be 100% with no proper training. Much of corporate is all family, and as such there are no checks and balances in place. Management does not care about employees, and views everyone as replaceable. Questionable and probably illegal activities taking place. Pay is abysmal, and well below industry average. Offices are always open, even on holidays when everyone else is closed. HR is a joke, and nothing but an extension of the owners. Healthcare was good, but was switched in favor of something that probably benefited the owners and not the actual employees. No 401k. Properties are not maintained because they do not want to spend any money and insist on doing everything at the cheapest cost.
