11yThank you for your feedback. We noted your area of concern and will address it as much as possible in a volatile market. It is common for young employees to feel the uncertanty of the job place, especially if (1) it is the first job assignment they has/had; (2) they are just now learning the cycles of the industry. For a seasoned engineer, it should be no surprise that management is managing capacity in a way that allows for continuity of the activity, internal development, while also preserve available cash resources as much as possible in a scarce market (i.e. reducing unjustifiable or unsustainable costs in the current context).
We learn from you that we still can improve communication to all our employees. I thank you for letting us know it and for helping us make the company a better place for all our employees.
