I have been with the company over 7 years. It's a great company to work for, but as with any large company there is to much fat up top. If they can get back in the US market and turnaround the bad rap on the engines, it will mean something to our customers.

Too many former GM and Ford management team members. I am not impressed with the fact that they continue to hire (friends) from companies that have failed and are put in key roles in the company.
