Standard pay and benefits and a majority of employee's are good to work around.

Low Morale. Pay is good, but low when you consider the cost of living for the Chicago area. Every 3 months there is another round of layoffs so morale is very low unless you have good political connections with management. Company will outsource work to foreign contract houses rather than hire US citizens for short term cost savings.
