      This place really feels like a family. From office to office around the United States, in each office lies a piece of extended family. The atmosphere is hospitable and the management ensure that each employee is taken care of. There is plenty of opportunity to grow and International Fire Protection (IFP) ensures each employee is headed in the direction that they would like to go.

      Atlanta Sprinkler is currently owned by International Fire Protection, Inc. Since IFP has taken over I have seen many much needed improvements and also have seen this company grow. They offer good pay, great benefits and 401K and Profit Sharing Plans that are some of the best I've seen a company do.

      Management struggles with communication and leading the team. He is capable of managing the team but leadership skills are non existent and the lack of communication is creating constant frustration amongst team members and is causing them to leave.
