Good work environment, personal growth. Very skilled and intelligent staff profile. You work with some of the best in the field. My team was great to work with and I had a supportive manager. Not sure about other departments.

This organisation is top heavy with lots of upper management positions. Hard to get stuff done due to multiple levels of approval. I've seen many colleagues being mistreated by management. It can be very disorganised due to lack of structure.
