It really is like the TV show Thunderbirds - very, very cool to be saving lives every day. The most interesting group of people working in one place anywhere in the world. Everyone has done something interesting before they joined. Clear market leader. A privilege to work there.

Very demanding place to work. You really have to want to be the best, and to be passionate about helping others to do well here. Some people don't "get it," and leave within 3 to 6 months. It is a very sophisticated, unique organisation, and there's not much help understanding things. But people who make it to a year with the company seem to do really well.
