At the entry level, all the coworkers are friendly and willing to help. There is a sense of comradary and teamwork that unifies the coordinator team. The shifts go by fast and you often have four days off per week.

This job can be done from home but the company absolutely refuses to even provide a hybrid option. The pay is not worth the amount of work and stress. The managers ask everyone to "be flexible" but they are the least flexible quagmire of leaders ever assembled. The managers also have little tolerance for employees who speak up against the unfair treatment. Advancement is based on political standing and how much the managers like you. Bottom line- this company does not care about the employees.
